Excited to see the email today with the first chapter from the Year of Profit exercise offered by Chris Guillebeau. So the way it works is you get a chapter a month and then you have some actionables from that chapter which will help on this journey towards profit from your current or new business. This chapter talked about relationships with customers, identifying who my customers were and grouping them to see what it is I currently offer them and what I could offer them additionally.
